This 50'+ steel tower with 7'x7' cab, an unusually wide catwalk, and unusual grid pattern in the landings and railings may be a one-of-a-kind lookout structure. Last staffed in the 1980s, Sandoval is still used occasionally as needed. It does not have a fire finder. The Ute Agency does not encourage visitors. Thank you for honoring their request and privacy.
